Happy New Year everyone! Just like any other year, 2017 was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. There were plenty of ups and downs but this year was the year that opened my eyes about myself and to see life in a different perspective. Being twenty and a junior in college,  you begin to truly grow up and start to realize who will always be there for you, what negativity should be removed from your life, and what you need to do to make a better you.

2017 Self Reflection

  • Find the good in a negatives situation
  • Realize the little things in life
  • Never compare yourself to others, God only made one YOU
  • It’s okay to get out of your ‘daily’ routine: step out of your comfort zone
  • If you have a new opportunity, take it
  • Push yourself and others to be a better you
  • Never take your family and friends for granted: cherish all your moments with them
  • You don’t need anyone to complete you. You complete you. – Olivia Rink
