Blog Turns 3

I cannot even believe it’s been three years since I been working on this blog and have been sharing my thoughts and words on my love for life and fashion. It has been a long ride, and I can’t thank everyone who has been apart of this journey.

Mom: Thank you for ALWAYS pushing me and for showering me with your constant love and support for my love of fashion. ESPECIALLY, for helping me pay for my domain and website. This blog would not be LIVE and possible without you.
Dad: Always sending me screenshots of my blog posts of my typos and incorrect grammar from time to time 😂 And for always sharing my work to the world!
Lauren Nieves: My very best friend / roommate / photographer. This website would not be possible without you, thank you for always putting time aside for me in your busy schedule to shoot! I wouldn’t have any content up without your creativity and support.
Sammy Conrad: One of my very first friends at Columbia. A very talented individual, who also has a KICKA$$ Health and Wellness blog! Thank you for creating my very first logo, I plan on keeping it forever. Hehe.
Kit Graham:  I had interned as Kit’s assistant for the Windy City Blogger Collective. I had learned so much in just FOUR months. Thank you for mentoring me on all that you know about the blogging industry! Kit has a wonderful Food and Travel blog.

The blogging industry is VERY saturated and everyone wants to be an influencer now a days. Over the last year, I have really found my true sense of style, writing, and content aesthetic. It really is difficult at times and I have discovered that writers block is a REAL thing. Finding a topic that I am passionate about to share with you all can get challenging. But once I sit down and write, I can WRITE.

Thank you again to EVERYONE who has been apart of this journey and for all my friends, family, and readers who continue to share and support my content that I create. These next couple of months are about to get hectic, and I am definitely counting down the days to graduation. I love Chicago and I am constantly inspired by the neighborhoods and the creative people around me. I plan on being a New York City girl in less than five years from now. But until then..

THANK YOU FOR ALL THE LOVE ❤️Here’s to many more years.

xoxo — Bree
