OOTD: Boho

I have been really into the bohemian and care-free look, lately! Summer makes me wear less makeup and have effortlessly looking hair. Any day at the beach or the pool, I’m all for the wavy hair. To be honest, I think it’s the sun-kissed skin that gives me a confidence booster x 10! I know summer just officially started but June flew by and I can’t even believe that the Fourth of July is just around the corner and anything linen is the best kind of cover up to wear. This linen, peasant top is so light and airy and easy to throw on. I’m also all about these mom jeans and shorts and really over these “daisy dukes.” Shop similar styles of my outfit, below.

Life has been really busy once I got home from vacation. Anytime I have “down time” I always try to do fun activities or grab a drink/food with friends. With this “care-free” look, I’m trying to follow along with that lifestyle. I just finished this devotional book called “Space” by Manda Carpenter. As much as I have so much to look forward to this summer filled with traveling, concerts, etc. — I have also been trying to focus on taking a step back and giving myself the “me time” I need. Sometimes I feel like I’m so busy that I can barely catch my breath and burning myself out. Please comment below or message me if you have any good devotional books that I should read!

Happy first week of summer, loves!
